  • Angela Roland

I’m a lifelong artist and world-traveler. I love to experience the people, culture, and histories in person. I love connecting with others in my community. I’ve spent the past several years working in local schools in a variety of capacities. I’m a frequent participant in events at 360 Aurora and have been a part of the markets, summer kids’ activities, small business market, and have offered free kid’s art programs with plans for more. I’m also one of the Sound Healing team for 360’s monthly sound baths. As a lifelong sufferer of extreme anxiety, a late-in-life ADHD diagnoses, and being a trauma survivor; I found my way to sound healing looking for a way to reset and relax. My wild child and I both found so many benefits, it led me to begin the monthly sound healings at 360. This summer, I was presented with an amazing opportunity to bring my Sound Healing and Therapeutic Art Coaching services to Elevate Horseheads.

Utilizing different breath work techniques can improve your mental clarity, help balance and expand your nervous system, increase your energy naturally, reduce stress and anxiety, regulate your hormones, reduce your blood pressure, and allows you to deepen your own internal connection with the self.

During these 2 breathwork sessions, you can expect to gain mental clarity, shift and increase your energy and access deeper states of consciousness all with your breath. All techniques used can be modified and suited to various levels depending on how comfortable you are going inward.
